FAQ and Delivery Information
NO CONTACT DELIVERIES
We are currently only doing no contact deliveries for the safety of our drivers and the recipients
All deliveries will be left at the front door or receptions - we will call or Text the recipient to let them know a delivery is there for them
Please provide a Mobile number for the recipient so we can do that
We are NOT liable for deliveries that are left and do not have a current working contact number
Problems with Delivery
Please Please Please check you have the correct address details
We are not liable to replace the flowers if the incorrect address has been given, we will try our hardest to retrieve the flowers from the incorrect address and deliver them to the correct address (Extra delivery fee's will incur) but in the case we cannot retrieve them we will not replace them for free.
If the incorrect address has been given or its a gated property with no access and our driver has to bring the flowers back the the shop and then re-deliver to the correct address a $20 Delivery fee will occur
Please make sure you have given all the details correctly to gain access to the property.
Where do we deliver to?
We deliver to most of the Sunshine Coast Monday-Saturday
Daily Cut off 1.30pm for all suburbs except areas PAST Peregian (Noosa, Doonan, Eumundi,Tewantin etc) 9.30am Daily cut off for those areas, Any orders placed after the cut of time will be delivered the next working day
9.30am cut off for all areas on a Saturday
Orders received after this time will be delivered the next working day
What days do we deliver?
We Deliver Monday to Saturday only - with the exception of Mother's day and Valentine's day if it falls on a Sunday
We are generally closed public holidays but check our Facebook or Instagram for updates
We only deliver on a Sunday if its Mothers day or Valentines day
What time will the flowers be delivered?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact time that your flowers will be delivered. If you are sending flowers to a business they will be delivered by close of business unless specified otherwise and all residential addresses can expect their flowers by 7pm. Peak times Mothers day and Valentines day these times may differ.
Funeral flowers will be delivered by the service time.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home/available to receive the delivery?
We always make sure your flowers are left in a safe, shady and discreet spot. If you would like them left somewhere in particular, please list these details in the additional information section on the checkout page.
Our flowers are delivered with a Eco-friendly wet wrap to ensure the flowers get enough hydration until the recipient is home.
